This section applies to Distributor Fit Brief (€790), UN Tender Readiness Review (€690), Product & Price Positioning Brief (€490) and Kuntokartta pilot (€690 for three Finnish housing companies). Prices exclude applicable tax. These are one-time, human-reviewed services. Their written scope and delivery date are confirmed before checkout. The target turnaround starts when complete authorised inputs and payment are received; a late payment may require a revised date agreed with the customer. These services do not include the automatic decision workspace or instant delivery described for other Atlas products.
Public samples are fictional format examples. Distributor research covers one country and product family, with up to 12 candidates; fewer may be found. Pricing research covers one country and use case, up to 10 exact product variants across 3 brands. Public prices are identified by date, currency, tax basis and price type; they are not wholesale quotes. UN review covers one tender or lot and up to 50 pages across tender and customer evidence, with deadline/time zone checks. It is not bid submission, a legal opinion or a guarantee of qualification or award. Customers remain responsible for checking current amendments and submitting their bid.
Kuntokartta is a 6–8 week pilot with one review round for three Finnish housing companies. It organises existing documents into a draft for the board; it is not a technical condition assessment, structural safety diagnosis, site inspection or filing in an official register. Photos do not establish hidden condition. Unknown dates, condition, quantities or costs are marked as unknown unless supported by evidence. The board reviews the maintenance draft and obtains competent professional checks where needed. No grants or contractor leads are included. Finland's board statement concerns the next five years; the additional planning horizon does not replace it (Housing Companies Act, chapter 6, section 3).
The agreed scope is retained with the order. Input changes after approval require a revised written agreement before any additional charge. If the agreed work cannot be delivered, we refund that order. Report errors can be reported to info@raslak.works with the order reference. A scope request creates no payment obligation or marketing subscription.
Inputs and privacy
Only submit files you are authorised to share. Remove residents’ personal details and unnecessary sensitive information. PDFs, UTF-8 text/CSV and JPG/PNG are supported: up to 3 MB per file, 20 files and 20 MB total; tender reviews allow 50 pages, other services 300 pages. Images count as a page and text is counted at 3,000 characters per page. Files are stored privately at Vercel and reviewed by the service operator; this workflow does not send them to an AI model. Contact details and the need description are recorded in Raslak Works CRM for handling the request. Files are not attached to marketing campaigns.
Keep your private intake and delivery links confidential. Before scope approval, you can delete the Atlas request and files on the intake page. For CRM records, approved requests and paid work, contact info@raslak.works for access, correction or deletion. Inputs and reports are retained while required to handle the request, provide delivery and support; necessary accounting records follow the order-retention policy below.

Rajaus ja toimituspäivä hyväksytään kirjallisesti ennen maksua. Työ alkaa täydellisistä, käyttöön luvallisista aineistoista ja vahvistetusta maksusta. Myöhäinen maksu voi edellyttää uuden toimitusajan sopimista. Toimituksen tarkistaa ihminen; näihin palveluihin ei kuulu muiden Atlas-tuotteiden automaattinen offline-työkalu tai välitön raportti. Kansainvälisten raporttien kieli on englanti ja Kuntokartan suomi. Näytteet ovat fiktiivisiä.

Palvelu ei korvaa kuntoarviota, ammattilaisen kohdetarkastusta tai hallituksen vastuuta. Kuvasta ei päätellä piilevää kuntoa. Kustannusväli tarvitsee lähteen ja määrätiedot. Viiden vuoden selvitys erotetaan pidemmän aikavälin suunnittelusta. Palveluun ei kuulu avustustakuuta, urakoitsijaliidejä tai viranomaisilmoituksia.
Tiedostot säilyvät yksityisinä Vercelissä ja palvelun toteuttaja tarkistaa ne. Tämä työnkulku ei lähetä niitä tekoälymallille. Delivery terms & privacy
Research editions and continuity tools, 20 September 2026
Construction & Infrastructure Atlas, Global Luxury Project Edition, Reconstruction & Recovery Watch and Property & Hotel Continuity Kit deliver the fixed edition described on their product pages. No future updates, leads, sales results or subscription are included. Public funding, planning, awards and open procurement must be distinguished. The recovery register overlaps the construction register; the luxury edition includes the existing twelve Asia research records.
Underlying public data keeps its source licence. Our original analysis and tools are licensed for use by one purchasing business and its client work. The continuity tool runs locally, with browser storage and explicit exports; it does not upload property records. The purchaser supplies site information and arranges competent local review. No transaction eligibility, sanctions clearance, building safety or compliance certification is provided.

Business reports
Raslak Atlas sells automated data compilation and formatting for business use. The selected product page defines the scope, source coverage, limitations and price. One-time reports cover the submitted countries, postcodes or LEI. They include a PDF, CSV and source records. No personal consultation is included.
Payment and delivery
Prices are in euros, excluding applicable taxes shown by Stripe before payment. Generation starts after Stripe confirms successful payment. Delivery is through a private download page, usually within a few minutes when sources are available. Save its address after checkout; the delivery link is emailed to your billing address when the files are ready. If a data source is unavailable, the service retries. Contact Raslak Works with your order reference if your delivery has not appeared within 24 hours. If we cannot supply the purchased report, we will refund that purchase.
Nobiqo digital editions and tool licence
The supplier atlas, material library and handover passport are fixed, dated digital purchases. Their product pages specify record counts, files, price and limitations. One purchasing business may use the edition internally and in its client project work. Do not resell or publicly redistribute the raw directory, library or tool. Client-specific reports created with the tool may be delivered to that client. Third-party source documents retain their own rights. Future editions, cloud sync, customisation, property inventory collection and consulting are not included. The handover tool processes records locally in the buyer’s browser and does not upload or store them on our servers. Document-presence checks do not verify condition, warranty validity or acceptance.
Reviewed-input research reports
Contract Award Intelligence covers the dated World Bank IPF snapshot and selected filters shown before payment. It does not include all public procurement, TED or verified buyer contacts. FF&E Quote & Cost Benchmark provides automated analysis of authorised, structured customer quotation records, up to 50 items and three quotations in one currency. It does not include personal consultancy, extraction from PDF/images, technical certification or a market-price database. Input validation is not verification of the underlying supplier statements. Unknown costs and non-comparable scope are flagged. Both products deliver PDF, CSV, Excel and ZIP files based on the frozen pre-payment input.
Quotation CSV data is processed on our server and stored privately with the review and order, unlike the offline Handover Passport tool. We do not send quotation records to an AI model or use them in a shared benchmark. Submit only records you are authorised to process and remove unnecessary personal data. Review drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed by the daily cleanup within 48 hours; you can discard a draft from its review page. Order inputs and paid deliveries are retained under the order-retention policy below, and you may request deletion through Raslak Works.
Monthly tender watch
The watch costs €49 plus applicable tax each month and renews until cancelled. One keyword profile is checked daily while its subscription is active and paid. Source outages may delay or partially limit a refresh. No minimum number of results is guaranteed. Cancel future renewals in “Manage billing” on your private delivery page before the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Previously delivered files remain downloadable. Contact Raslak Works to change your keyword profile.
Data and permitted use
You may use the delivered compilation in your business and client work, preserving the accompanying attribution and applicable source terms. The underlying public data remains governed by its own licences. National and postcode-level indicators are contextual information and may describe earlier years. LEI records are identity data. Tender notices must be checked at the original publisher. Read the specific product’s limitations before purchase.
Privacy
We store your order scope, order reference, payment and subscription identifiers, and delivered reports to provide the service and resolve support requests. Stripe processes billing details and payments; Raslak Atlas does not receive full card numbers. Vercel hosts the service and private report storage. A necessary session cookie protects forms and operator login. We do not use marketing analytics or advertising cookies on these pages.
Your delivery address is a bearer link: anyone you share it with can access the order files and billing portal. Keep it private. Source services receive your selected country codes, postcodes, keywords or LEI to fulfil the request. We do not send them your payment details.
Orders and deliveries are retained while needed to provide download access and handle support. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Raslak Works via the website and give your order reference; identity verification may be needed. Your verified billing email is used to deliver the purchase link and handle a link-recovery request. Transactional delivery is processed through the existing Raslak Works email service. Decision workspaces · new orders from 20 September 2026
New report purchases include a versioned decision brief, source-based action register and offline workspace. These organise the purchased evidence; they do not establish unverified demand, capacity, purchasing authority or procurement eligibility. Optional decision context is retained with the private order and repeated in the brief; it does not commission extra research. Local workspace edits remain on the user's device unless exported. Keep a separate backup. Older orders retain their purchased scope. Existing subscription schedules and prices are unchanged. Scoped Nobiqo consulting requires a separate written agreement.
