Who uses this brief?
For hospitality advisers, FF&E suppliers, design studios and development teams.
Choose where to focus business development, and which announcement deserves a direct project check.
What the delivery contains.
- A curated project register in CSV and a written research brief
- Location, announced stage and timing, room count where published, and known project parties
- Dated source links, conflicting announcements and explicit information gaps
- An agreed refresh date or monitoring schedule, scoped in the quotation
What needs verification.
An announcement is an opportunity signal, not a live tender or confirmed buying intent. Opening dates change. Budgets, appointments and procurement windows remain unknown unless a source confirms them.
The data, field by field.
Every record preserves its evidence and the date checked. Unknown values stay empty. Client records and inspection evidence are private and are not reused in public samples.
